This company had the better price, but overall in Bossier City/Shreveport this service is way overpriced from where we moved from. I should have waited to have the grout sealed because the gentleman did not do as thorough of a job as I would have. I had to go back and clean the edges by the baseboards. However, he was very nice and professional. He even explained what he was doing and various other options for treating tile.

I was having new tenants move into a rent house and needed the carpets cleaned - I had used him before for newer carpet which looked fabulous, but was a little worried about this older carpet which had some pretty decent stains but needed to have it cleaned instead of replacing it. I called Absolutely Clean Carpet Care and left a message. Within an hour I had received a call back and made an appointment for the next day. Absolutely Clean was ontime, and he was even early for our appointment. He treated the stains in my carpet and cleaned the whole house - all 4 bedrooms and the living room. Not only was the carpet much cleaner than when he started, most of the stains came out too. I was amazed, and grateful. I was pleased that he didn't charge me for each stain he treated, like other carpet companies have done to me in the past. He looked around the house and gave me an estimated cost prior to starting. He did not waiver from his estimate and was able to take a check from me on the spot.
