When I called they took my phone call right away and sent me a text message that they had all my information. They told me exactly what time they are going to be here and they were early. They took care of reviewing all the current issues that I have and was able to bring out field workers who did an excellent job. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They took care of everything, cleaned up everything afterwards and were very professional.

After getting four estimates, we chose Randy Schuler. His estimate was not the lowest but not the highest. He arrived on time to start the work, with his crew arriving shortly after. Ran into a snafu, however the job was completed in one day as expected. Due to the age of our house and choosing a very energy efficient unit, the thermostat had to be moved. We were not expecting this but everything worked out. I am very satisfield. The only thing that would have been better is more detailed clean up after the job. Cleaning the air ducts was a little messy. But even considering that, I would recommend this contractor.
