Mr. Brent was very prompt with answering my phone call and although he was on a service call in the middle of a repair when I initially contacted him, he called me back on the same day to set up a time for him to evaluate my system. He came the next day at the time he said he would. He listened to me explain what I thought was the problem, then walked out in the yard assessing the situation, watched the sprinkler system cycles for abpout 15 minutes then made the repairs. Additionally, in watching the sprinkling cycles, it was determined that I needed to have a leaking area repaired (the water was pooling underground and not spraying) which he also repaired.  He was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I appreciate that he stayed to "check his work" after he completed the repairs to ensure proper irrigation.  This price was "less than what I paid" the original sprinkler system installer to address a system repair issue 10 years ago and Mr. Brent was far more knowledgeable than they were. I will definitely use him again if needed and I would recommend his services to others.
