I arrived 15 minutes early and he was already at the house inspecting. He took a lot of pictures and explained everything until all items were understood. He requires no supervision, works diligently and proficiently. It took several hours to conduct the inspection, but report was thorough and accurate. If I need a Home Inspector again, I would contact Powell Home Inspection again.

Performed a thorough and accurate report in a timely manner as per schedule. Able to created a thorough report within time frame. The reported was completed, imaged and emailed within 4 hours after work performed. I was able to meet my deadline with no problem. Great work ethics , very reliable, and excellent customer service.

Mr. Powell was present for the appointment. He explained his method of inspection. He gave a walk thru of the interior and showed all areas of exteriors. He was very thorough in explaining. All problems found. Very personable, friendly and helpful.

It went very well. He came in and started immediately. He explained the problems that he uncovered and what needed to be done to bring them up to code. He left us with a very complete report for our records. He was very courteous and helpful, and we would definitely use him again. We have also recommended him to our friends.

From the start Mr Powell was very professional. He has good references and was very easy to speak with on the phone. The most important thing he did was be on time. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He also pointed out several small problems and a few big ones that would not have been noticed with out him. Mr Powell had to make a return trip to inspect the things that were repaired. This also was a seemless experience. Over all, I was very pleased with the experience and would gladly recommend him to my friends.
