The written contract stated that the project would take 8-12 weeks to be completed. It was written to draw out funds incrementally ? every couple weeks ? for materials and labor. Seven months later, 85% of the total building price has been paid, but all we have is a 3/4  framed house, partially bricked, with no insulation or sheetrock, half of the windows in place, no doors, no garage door, no light fixtures, no cabinets, no appliances, no flooring and no driveway concrete. Only half the plumbing and electric work has been completed.  Aside from what was not done, much of the work that was done has had to be redone by new contractors due to brick cracking and other structural problems already.  Instead of trying to work with us to fix the problems and finish our house, this man responded by ignoring our phone calls and starting on his next victim.  Stay away; he will be in trouble with the law.
