General Remodeling
The first job was started in August, 2006 and finished in October, 2006. This job was a completely new addition to our home and I was very pleased with the job. However, they defaulted on the contract by not reimbursing us for the cost of a steam shower/whirlpool tub unit that we purchased ourselves and was paid for to them by a 3rd party. The cost of that unit was $2,990.00 and is the basis of my complaint on the first job. The second job was started in January, 2008 and finished in February, 2008. This second job was a complete gut and rebuild job on our original existing bathroom. The problem with this job is the quality - the shower floor does not have the proper drop, thereby allowing water to pool at the back, the grout in the entire shower area is cracking, despite having been "repaired" by them once already. These two problems are the basis of my complaint on the second job.
