I've been very satisfied in the past. Recently, the responses have been unacceptable. He always says yes, they'll come, but for months now, i have almost consistency received an excuse why no one shows...personal reasons, children, he forgot, etc. I was told yes on Thurs, and he would not even respond to my texts yesterday! They finally came today. My front looks good. My back is horrible. I had to FINISH cleaning up, they didn't complete the trimming, and did not bother cutting the small portion on one side of my driveway!!! Now we have to!! His response, "oh, well sorry about that." I deserve a portion of my money back. P.S. no talk of fixing it at all!!!
