I know the owner. I know some of his staff. I know his wife. They’re good people. They do good work. They’re compliant, so they’re timely. Like one day my thermostat failed, and I called them in the morning and they came in the afternoon to repair it. I wasn’t expecting that, but they did. They installed a new HVAC system in half of my house while I was doing some remodeling work. The guys were courteous. They didn’t mess things up. They got it done despite the fact that it was difficult work in a tight space. It looked good when it was done. It cost me a lot of sleep, but I was happy with the results. It’s like when you buy a car, and have to pay $35,000, but it’s the car you want.

I would highly recommend Clement's. I left a message with their weekend answering service, and someone called me back within an hour. I spoke with the on-call tech that day, but decided to wait until Monday to have someone come out. Robin called me before 8am on Monday morning to set up an appointment. She was very flexible and accommodating with my hectic work schedule. By 2pm I was home from work, and a technician was at my residence. He was very professional and mindful of not making a mess in my small condo. The problem was quickly (but not too quickly) diagnosed after performing a thorough check. He had to leave to go get the motor, but returned to finish the job that day. The whole thing took about 2 hours including the time it took to drive in the pouring rain to get the part. I did not get any other quotes, so I'm not sure about how Clement's fairs with pricing. I would highly recommend based on service and responsiveness.

They are fine.  The staff are good and they are very prompt.  They are very personable and I've known them for years.  Greg is very nice and explains everything to you.  He is very thorough.

Great job on the repair. Another company said the the compressor was shot and I recommended a complete new system costing upwards of $9000.00. The repair actually costs $300.00. A capacitor and relay were replaced, unit was cleaned and coolant was added. The compressor is fine. Very prompt and courteous. Highly recommended!

By coming out on Friday it definitely made the weekend a whole lot cooler and they didnt charge for the service as well. Their work was prompt and reliable.

Do to circumstances beyond my control, I am out of state and have a relative residing in my Louisiana residence. During this period the AC unit broke. I had heard of Angies List for sometime but never considered it until this occurence. I made contact and enrolled, located the named company and, from start to finish, the entire process took not more than three hours. I have to say this was the easiest process I have every had. Thanks to Angie's List and Clements Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC.

They are very quick to come. They are prompt and have excellent service. They are very good at explaining things to us. All of the recommendations that they have given us have been great. They helped us lower our electric bills by recommending newer products. I would definitely recommend them to others. Their prices are very good. They have out done all other companies that we've used.
