Dave Gautreaux and his staff are friendly and quick to respond. Dave gave us the initial free estimate and supervised the work. He was honest to the point that, even though he could have done unnecessary things, he gave us recommendations to not do work we thought we needed. He could have fleeced us like another guy tried to who told us we DID need to replace the entire duct system and relocate our furnace. Dave explained why that wouldn't be an efficient solution or use of our money. They showed up on time and completed the work as fast as possible considering they had to remove a wall, build a platform for the new, smaller unit, and enlarge the intake to improve airflow. And considering they lost a day waiting for the plumber to fix a pipe that was discovered broken behind the unit. While the house had shoddy AC work done (before we purchased it) that couldn't  be reworked, Dave and his crew managed to improve the situation as much as possible and succeeded in lowering our energy bill and improving the ability for our house to consistently remain cool.
