I called and talked to Jay. He was very professional and came out quickly. He quoted a price, and scheduled the work to be done. Since he was booked solid, I was so happy when he called later and said he was going to try and get the work done earlier if possible. Sure enough, I got a call and Kevin arrived on Sunday - instead of the next Wed. Kevin was quick, and got the job done fast and with was friendly. I was very pleased.

We settled on All-Glass on Thursday. All-Glass is the only place we called that didn't want to replace the whole window (not just replacing the broken glass). All-Glass came out that afternoon and estimated $150-$200. He told us the glass would be in in 5-7 Days. I called them on Friday, the Eighth day, and it had just come in. They came out on early Monday, the Eleventh day and fixed the window. It only took them about 30 minutes to replace glass and the cost was $175.00.

It went very well. The man who did the initial estimate was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out things that other companies failed to mention. Their price for the job was $900 cheaper than their competitiors. The installation was done quickly and without any hangups or problems. It has been two months since then and I have been very pleased with the shower stall. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.
