Abbi and the Bluefrog team were great. She was able to identify all of the issues and get them resolved. It was a difficult repair and Abbi was able to figure out the best way to get it resolved. I will definitely recommend and use Bluefrog in the future.

Good, but on the high side.

Came out and changed the wrong part did not fix my issue, wanted to charge 3X what I paid the next company to change the correct part. Definitely would NOT recommend.

He did the easy part of the job which was locating the water line and cutoffs (after I sent him photos of where they would be found). However, he did not locate the sewer line. That made the water line issue moot since I cannot use the water without the sewer line. I realize that there was a lot of mud from the hurricane on my property, but I told him in the beginning that this was the situation. So what I had to pay him for the work he did was wasted money.

We*re in the middle of a kitchen renovation and needed the hot water pipe moved over a few inches. The tech moved the pipe, but left only a stub sticking out of the wall, which would not have cleared the backing of the sink cabinet (yet to be installed). I had Bluefrog send the tech back to fix the problem. He extended the pipe, which took all of 20 minutes and, to my astonishment, charged me a $130 fee (the supposed **minimum**). It obviously should have been free of charge. Don*t hire these guys. They*re overpriced and, on top of that, will charge you for THEIR mistakes.

I had a problem with my new dryer, the dryer tech came out and told me it was the vent to the outside. A tech of Bluefrog came out and cleaned the outside then found it, it was actually the inside that was the problem, he came out, FREE OF CHARGE and now I can use my dryer again.

They are expensive but the do a very good job. In the end, you need the problem fixed. And they do that.
