Went well. I called him on Monday, November 23. He said he may be able to make it Wednesday or if not on November 30. He said he would call me Tuesday to let me know. He called Tuesday and said he would be at my home Wednesday morning and would call me Wednesday morning when he was on the way. He called and showed up on time Wednesday morning. He preps cylinders with the carbon before he leaves so when he gets to your house he simply swaps out the tanks. He was done in about 30 minutes. Very prompt, professional and polite.
