Quality Southern Floor Coverings

We contacted Will through Angis's list. He called us the same day and came over to give us a quote (Saturday). He started on Monday. He broke a tile in our kitchen and 2 tiles around our fireplace hearth when removing the transition pieces. He told us he could easily fix the tiles so we could not see the cracks, but this was not the case. He offered to replace the tiles around our fireplace, but we had to supply the tiles. He offered some tiles he had in stock, but they were not our style and did not match our current tiles. He spilled a stain on our front porch and into the grass, staining the concrete and killing the grass. The entire front porch was covered in sawdust. He broke our front door threshold and broke wood off the bottom of the exterior door frame. He opened our bathroom, causing a large mess with sawdust, and the counter has a stain on it. He went into our refrigerator and it had stain marks on it, along with our kitchen sink and doors. The furniture was moved into the kitchen, so they did not have anything to move around, but my furniture still ended up with stain fingerprints on it. While sanding the floor, the sander hit spots, removing the existing paint on the baseboards. The transition pieces were only stained, not coated in polyurethane, which we paid for. Now, to the completed job, floors had spots where the sander ground too deeply and other spots that were not sanded at all, and you can see the color of the old floor. I texted Will about the spots that needed attention, and he asked for pictures. I sent multiple pictures, and he said he would call me soon to come by and fix the spots. That conversation was at the beginning of July, and I have not heard back from him.
