We met with Ed who is a great salesman. So great that we chose this company over another company with a lower price. The main issues were that sub contractors were not here when they were scheduled to be. Ed would blame it on the sub contractor but when the sub finally arrived we were told that they were never called out to do the job. There was poor planning and time management throughout the entire job. Most weeks only one sub contractor would be out, even if their job only took a few hours. There was little oversight over the entire job and if an issue came up, my husband would have to fight to get in touch with someone to try and rectify the situation. He became an "annoyance" in their eyes and it became very difficult to get in contact with them. At one point, there was a crew who spoke no English, left here and an issue arose. We were not able to communicate with them to get it straight. We also had sub contractors come to us, at our home, after their job was done and state that they had not been paid. They threatened legal action against us if they were not paid. I was not angry at all with them because I expected them to be paid for a job completed in a timely manner. To save money, they try to use cheaper labor rather than qualified tradesmen to do the job. They do offer a 2 year warranty on their work but getting them to come out and fix it is a hassle. We have been waiting over 2 weeks for someone to fix the toilet they installed. We have ended up having to call the sub contractors ourselves to get them to fix issues. The owner, Scott, owns multiple companies and has taken on a load he cannot manage properly. It seemed as if this job was at the very bottom of his interest list. We are satisfied with the end product but the road to get here was long. I would NOT recommend using this company for anything.
