I used a third party company to order flowers from your company. A purple and gold bouquet to be delivered on November 20th. You delivered it yesterday. I contacted the third party company and they contacted you and informed you of the issue. You told them you would go take the flowers back and deliver a new bouquet on the correct date. This was absolutely unacceptable and I had the third party company inform you of how tacky it was to take back a gift after it had been given. Your company then informed the company that I ordered through that you would fix it and not take back the flowers. I found out late last night that you in fact LIED! You sent someone back to my boyfriends work and took back his flowers and told him that you would bring him another bouquet on the 20th. You ruined this surprise in EVERY way possible!!! I can not believe that you handled this the way that you did in order to keep from possibly losing money on YOUR mess up! You absolutely RUINED my anniversary surprise! I am a business owner and I know that from time to time a mistake happens but you DO NOT punish the customer for something that is YOUR FAULT! Can you imagine how embarrassing it is to have flowers taken back from you at work in front of all of your coworkers after they've gone on and on about how sweet it was for your girlfriend to send you flowers?! I CAN!! I am so embarrassed and sickened over this whole experience! You should be ASHAMED conducting business in this manner. Absolutely TACKY!
