Everything went great! They are punctual, professional, and excellent at what they do. They are very reasonably priced. They didn’t leave a mess. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I should have paid closer attention but the man is very knowledgeable about this variety of trees. I believe that he pruned them as he believed they needed to be. I would have left a few more limbs.

So well we were thrilled with the good service and professionalism of the company. We have had large trees taken down in the past and always had to deal with yard issues after the job. This time it was different. Arbor Tech had commercial pads for driving its crane on and our lawn was not touched. They also worked "smart". They did not use man power to remove the debris, only to cut the limb sections into 6 foot lengths and stacked everything neatly. Then their front loader with a knuckle boom came in and removed everything quickly. At the end you could hardly tell anything had happened. They cleaned the yard and drive way without us asking and at all points of contact were most courteous and respectful. Amazing. I have one large tree left and will not hesitate to call them when its time. If real professionalism is what you want along with a safe job, you'll certainly find it at Arbor Tech. Thank you Joe !

II did my due diligence and got three bids on the work I needed done.  Joseph Wilson, owner of Arbor Tech Tree Service, gave

the lowest estimate by far.  There were special circumstances involved with the water oak in back; i.e., it was a very large tree located in a small back yard which is surrounded by a privacy fence.  The yard is at the end of a long, single-car driveway, down which they had to bring a crane.  There  was also an arbor directly below the tree.

Mr. Wilson and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled and went right to work.  Everybody was professional and amiable.  I had several "tree" questions, and  whomever I asked was willing to take the time to answer. Mr. Wilson and his crew seem to have a love for trees which is important, because so do I.  (I hated to take out the water oak, but it was its time)  They ended up doing more work on the live oaks than we discussed, but did not increase the price.  It was important to Mr. Wilson that the trees be done right.

In addition,  not only did they remove all the wood and debris resulting from their work, they also removed the (considerable) leaf buildup in the back, side and front yards and on the driveway. Looks better than it has in years.

It has been a pleasure working with Arbor Tech.  Their work exceeded my expectations, and everyone with whom I dealt, including Abby in the office, was pleasant and helpful.

As someone who has been burned many times by contractors, I appreciate the positive experience this turned out to be.  I highly recommend Arbor Tech Tree Service ...excellent work for a fair price.

Mr Ray came out and gave us an estimate late june, did not pressure us like some of the other tree service companies. I called him back a month later, they came out as scheduled, brought down the huge tree. Hauled it off, although they had a bit of bad luck because their stump grinder broke the week of the job. They apologized and said they would come back as soon as it was repaired. They NEVER asked for one penny until the stump was grinded and chips were hauled away. I was very impressed by this business practice.

the work was done with great care. They had to trim several trees along the driveway in order to get the crane to the back of the lot. The crew was professional, friendly and considerate. Removing a really tall tree took time and care, and they did the job well. The also cleaned after themselves.

I read all the reviews of Arbor Tech here on Angie's List so I expected good service, but I received fantastic service! I called their office on Friday morning at about 10 o'clock, Ray called me back 15 minutes later and was at my house in 10 minutes. We walked around my yard discussing what needed to be done. He returned to his car to work up an offer. He returned shortly and made me an offer of $800, I was shocked at how low it was and told him so. He just smiled and said he could raise if I wanted. I said no, it's OK. I had planned on doing it myself, it would have taken me a week and $600 in rental to do the job. He asked me when I wanted it done, trying to be funny I said today. He got on his cell phone asked if a bucket truck was available and told me a crew would be at me house at noon. Sure enough at 12:00 a truck with a friendly crew of 3 arrived. They finished at 3:00 and didi a great job. The only problem I had with them is that I had to force them to drink some bottled water from my fridge, it was hot that afternoon. My impression of this company is that it is well managed, honest, and consumer friendly and I am pleased to recommend them.

The service went really well. There was a little accidents here and there; they took care of it and got the job done. A part of the tree actually fell on a structure and crushed part of it, which they had to come back and replace and they were good about that.

Work was performed utilizing a crew of four and a crane.  Conditions were extremely tight with much of the tree canopy extending over roof lines.  Work was performed in two days.  Only minimal damage to one front yard used as a laydown area as the tree was dismantled.  Workers were professional, prompt and conscientious.  Plastic mats were utilized to prevent lawn damage from placement of crane.
Arbor Tech was the lowest bid of four and provided a 10% discount Agnie's List members.  We will be using them again.

There were a few logistical issues with getting to this tree.
The tree was behind my carport and there wasn't a good way to get to it from my yard.  They had to use a crane and lift out and over my carport and house.
On the starting day they revamped the plan and came through my neighbor's yard (with their permission, they have a larger gate), and then took down a section of fence between our houses.
It took 2 and a half days to get the tree down and out, but they handled it beautifully. 
We had a weather delay and the fences stayed down a little longer than I would have liked, but with weather and the 4th of July weekend, it was hard to avoid.
I did have a few communications issues, but again, I chalk it up to 4th of July weekend.
The Tree work was exceptional, and the price was the best of all of my estimates.
I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them. 
The staff was professional and friendly, and the owner was on site most days.

Arrived for review and estimate; requested insurance documentation which was faxed over promptly.  Arrived on the appoint day and completed the work.  Once completed, his office contacted me for payment which we handled over the phone.  Good experience and easy to work with from start to finish

They were on time and did quality work.  Furthermore, their employees were respectful and left a clean work site.

It was great! I would give them an A! He told us he was going to be there and he was there and did it in the time he said he was going to do it.  Excellent! Oh of course I would use them again in the future.

They do commercial and residential. My experience with them has been great. I am very satisfied. They came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner.
