Exterior Painting
We are happy with the finished look. Several exterior doors needed repair, and they did an excellent job! Along the way there were a few items we pointed out, and they corrected right away.

It went perfectly. Alvin and Ronnie were on time every time and they came regularly as expected. And, the drywall turned out to be the best work. The patches look seamless as though they were part of the original work from before water damage. The new section matches the entire ceiling in mud, texture and painting. The drywall was hung, taped, floated, texturized and painted and the trim was reaffixed perfectly.

The quality of paint they used was not very good. The charges they charged me was over the amount they told me.

"I'm sorry to hear about your concern that I was never aware of until now. we used Superpaint, which has a life time warranty, and A100 has 15yr used for carport ceiling. You also had additional work on soffits on back of your carport, that you approved, and I had to buy extra material, which was not on original quote. You gave me 5 stars on HA, and was very happy with the results when we did final walk through. Please call me if there is something that you want to address. I have no problem taking a look or re-painting if its necessary. I have been in business for 14 yrs now and the first time I had a complaint on paint quality. call me and I will be happy to correct any concerns."

I ran out of insurance money before the work was completed, but this contractor does great work, and was diligent about trying to save me money. He does a lot of the work himself; he doesn't just delegate the work to someone else.
