The service is reliable if not that fast. The only rub that comes from this place is their pricing model. They recently put in data caps for my home internet which is a completely blatant money grab. The cap at their max speed, which is what I have, is 250 gigabitsfor a whole month, then they charge you 10$ for every 50 gigs over that. Anyone who uses the internet regularly, netflix/gaming etc, knows how small that amount is. Although I only pay 80$ for internet, I end up pay near 120 each month because of this cap. It is a blatant attempt to squeeze money out of people who would rather use services like netflix over their expensive cable. It honestly still costs me less to use netflix with this data cap than to get their cable plans.

I can't stand them but they are here locally. They have a local office but the manager is only there two days a week so I can only go in on Tuesdays or Thursdays to have problems resolved. From the moment I called to start services with them, our prices have gone up every year by at least $4 or more a month. They put it in fine print on one bill and then it has gone up on the next bill. They have continually done it ever though they promised a particular price when I signed up with them so it has been a real hassle. There is no other cable option and we have gotten used to the speed. I had a flyer for a sale price when I first signed up and they lost it. I don't like having to deal with these people. They showed up without a modem and didn't tell me they were going to need a modem. They didn't have any modems that I could purchase from them. I had to go to another town to get the modem. Their main thing is cable but we have a satellite. I will continue using them because I don’t have another option.
