Lusby's Heating, Cooling & Electrical

It went really well. This was a recommendation from someone. I am pleased so far. The biggest of the expense was the Freon evidently it was the back pressure or something, it had a big leak. They soldered it together. The Freon was expensive it was no long free. They went back to the shop to find the fan motor. I have a Trane motor and two different people told me that Trane’s parts were expensive. I did not know that Trane parts were expensive. So Lusby's they told me that the fan motor would have cost me $700.00 but they had one that came out of the lawn that they had replaced somewhere. They put the one for $35.00 and told me that it could last for 2 weeks or 2 years. I told him that I was willing to gamble with $35.00 instead of $700.00. It might not last that long but at least we tried. That deal was $615.00 but the Freon was $490.00. They had lost all the Freon. Anyway they repaired it and hopefully it will be okay. The service charge was $90.00, which was typical. I called in the afternoon and they were at my place the very next day morning.
