It is going well, not completed yet. Delays resulted from the insurance adjustor's unresponsiveness, and a struggle to obtain a permit for the construction. The permit process, which involves the city and the Rapides Area Planning Commission was delayed by the planning commission process or lack of information about the process. The inspector took his time responding, was off on vacation for a week, and these things have delayed the process.
