Exterior paint jobs will consist of the following; 1. power washing with bleach or tsp 2 scraping sanding wood filling and caulking all necessary repairs. 3 applying one coat of primer and 2 coats of your choice paint. 4 punch list and general job sitecleanups. Interior paint jobs consists of the following 1 preparing work area and moving heavy furniture 2 fixing all holes in sheetrock sanding and caulking 3 applying primer and 2 coatsof your choice paint 4 punch list and gernal job cleanup
