For the duplex the guy next door paid a part of it and I had to pay the other part of it. If they find rotten wood they replace it. They even replaced the rotten wooden around the eaves and stuff like that. They didn’t paint it but they replaced the wood. I didn’t even know the wood around the eaves was rotten and realized it only when they replaced it. After they completed the job when I went in, there was nothing to show that there was rotten wood in there.
