MCDONALDS TIRE CENTER

I arrived at 7:30am. Ordered parts came in at 10:00; they were the wrong parts. Reordered parts came in a little before noon. I found technical altering parts. He said they sent the wrong parts so he was having to make them fit. He couldn't make one side fit so he put the bad one back on. I refused to sign the receipt as putting altered C/Vs on the car made it unsafe to drive. Mgr. refused to give me the part number of the part he put on my car. I retrieved the box for the part and got in my car to leave. As I was leaving, the Mgr. jumped into my car through the driver's side window, threw the shift lever into [P] while the car was moving, grabbed the box and ran to the office screaming expletives at me and locked himself in the office. Left at 3:30PM. I took the car to my trusted mechanic to get the C/V joins replaced correctly. He confirmed that the part they had put on the car was not only the wrong one but was also too short causing it to "flop around," making it VERY unsafe.
