KITCHENS COMPLETE INC

I have been having problems with this company. Every time I contact him there's always a problem has come up and I am tired of the excuses. We followed the contract through the different phases and he has been paid 2/3 of the money and he hasn't done the work. Before we paid the 2nd phase payment we went to the shop and looked at the cabinets and picked out the stain we wanted. We have not seen the cabinets since that day we selected the stain. It makes me wonder if those were really our cabinets. It seems after then when there was no more money to get the job was done, everything stopped. We started this project 11/21/08 and it's April 2, 09 and the job still has not been completed. He came one day to start laying tile and he hasn't been back to finish. He only came then because I sent a certified letter to him. I am to the point now that I really would like my money back so I can find someone else.
