Jesse was fantastic! He not only worked around my schedule, but was also very punctual to the time we had set up for him to clean my van. He did a walk through on the vehicle with me prior to cleaning, and again went over what he would be doing. He came equipped with water and electricity in his vehicle so that nothing was needed from our home. Jesse was very thorough in the cleaning and washing, and my van looked wonderful when he was done. After he completed the vehicle, he again had me walk through assuring he had taken care of everything. He was kind and professional throughout our conversations to set a time as well as the during the time he was working on the van. We will definitely be using Catia's in the future.
