BRIT KENNEDY SIGNS

It took 6 days to finally receive a price quote. The initial written quote was "low-balled" and when we arrived to pay in advance they claim to have "forgotten" to add a fee. They agreed to honor the written quote, although the pricing is higher than my previous provider for the same exact signage. Becky was my "salesperson" but is hardly in the office and not available for service. While she is out no one else in the office is available to help. None of them have returned any of my 4 phone calls in the last week despite promises to "check on my order and call back." Brit is unavailable. The one guy who answers the phones says he "only works in the shop" and can't answer questions. Sign order was promised 7 days ago and as of this morning no one knows the status of my order. If good customer service skills are not important to you, this might be a good company to work with.
