I made an appointment and told them I was making an appointment for the 5,000 oil change. Nothing was said at the time. When I brought the car in I said I was there for an oil change. Nothing was said. I waited an hour before they ever took the car into the bay. I watched them and all they did was rotate the tires. They never raised the hood. When I asked why they didn't change the oil I was told it was only done at 10,000 miles under Toyota Care, which is correct. However, I should have been told that initially. I asked about the inspection and was told it was done. I asked to speak to the Service Manager. He checked with the technicians and came back and said it was done. I told him it was not done because I watched them and they never raised the hood. I told him I had an appointment and waited an hour and he just said, "Well, we are very busy." I called Toyota and they said they would have someone from the dealership call me. No one did. I called and asked to speak to the General Manager of the dealership and left a voice mail for him. He never returned my call. They have a good sales department but a HORRIBLE Service Department.

Excellent work, prompt and short waiting time

Service was great even though I did not purchase the car there.

You might have to be more aggressive in getting and staying in contact. Not what I am used to. Guess I gave up too soon.

They're honest and have good service.
