Phone Service - Cellular
I went into store and immediately directed to the repair area. A repair was sitting behind the desk playing with his phone. I described what was wrong with my cell. He worked with it for about 5 to 10 minutes then told me he was going to have to order a new phone. I asked if they had "loaner" phones I could borrow. He told me no, they didn't that anymore. The entire time he was playing on his phone. I told him fine order a new phone. He told me to come back the following Thursday but didn't take any information from me. As I stood there, a young man walked in and handed him a call, thanking him for letting him borrow the cell. I still don't have my cell.
