It takes quite a while to finish the work because it is a gunite pool; it is a concrete type of a pool. They are very good. They have got an architect who goes to people's house. He had a complete drawing of my house and property with a design of the pool. They have 3D software which gave me an image of where the pool is going to go. They are really good about calling me back and stayed in contact. The quality of work seems to be very good.

They were fine. I have been using them for 30 years. They have grown so large they don't have that personal touch anymore.

It went well. They were timely in replacing the broken float and the valve both of which were causing a water loss. Fortunately, I was able to catch the guy who fixed the broken float which to me was urgent and I was not charged another service charge for fixing the bad valve on the sand filter.
