The process went very well. The two young men who did the installation were very personable and very nice. The windows look fantastic and we are very pleased with the difference in our home. The windows pull down from the top in case there is a piece of furniture in front of them and also push up from the bottom. They also tilt in for cleaning and have a lifetime guarantee on them, even if we accidently break one. Thank you Premium Windows Direct!!!!!
