Jess is awesome! My husband and I recently closed on our new house and the previous owners left the yard overgrown and covered in leaves and debris. Jess and his crew came out the day after I called him. He assed our yard free of charge and quoted me a very fair price. We agreed and he got to work! It took no time for Jess and his crew to fix up our yard in no time! There is just over an acre and a lot of trees to work around. They cleaned up our yard beautifully.

It went very well, he was very friendly and most importantly...punctual! My husband was very sick that entire month so it was so nice to be able to have someone else and take care of it with no issues.

Everything went well as usual. It's easy to get in touch with them, the owner is always present at job sites, and the crews are always professional and courteous. Ultimately, they do quality work for fair prices, and I would definitely recommend their services to others.

The owner provided very good service as far as mowing the lawn goes and worked hard to maintain a biweekly schedule to suit my needs. The only issue I experienced was the weeds that needed to be uprooted or trimmed didn't seem to be addressed but I'm new to this type of service so perhaps it's just not something included for the price which was $50 every other week.

Update: This particular provider apparently stays abreast of web reviews on his company which is a plus because he advised me that there is an additional fee involved in weed removal from my flower bed. He was eager to resolve any misconceptions I had and ensure that I was a satisfied customer.

I have used their service for about a month and I am pleased with their performance. The lawn always looks great and they work very quickly. At the end of the job they always ask if I am satisfied and it is an overall pleasant experience. Keep it up!

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!! They always do a great job and can be counted on to be there. They worked together like a well oiled machine. On their last visit I had an open house function that afternoon - Jess made sure we were first on the list so they would out of the way when guests arrived. When discussing estimate for services in March 2013, I was very clear about finishing the WHOLE yard. I wanted not just cutting but edging, blowing, trimming bushes and tree suckers, and poisoning ants when necessary. I explained that previous lawn services simply sprayed grass killer instead of edging resulting in killing many of my landscaping plants. I explained that any weeds growing through the hedges needed to be pulled from underneath and not cut off the top. I very clearly told him this is why I was looking for a new service provider. If any of this work cost extra, all he had to do was let me know how much, but the work was to be DONE. The first job was really big...1st of the season and required quite a bit of cleanup. The quote for this first job was reasonable ($100) with biweekly maintenance quoted at $35. He quickly got on to the job the next day; but after this initial service, the only thing done was cut, edge, and blow (halfway). I had to ask about the bushes etc.; the response was that he didn't have time. He sent one of his men later to finish and I paid extra. That was the last time my bushes, trees, and ants were maintained...in March! This is July...I asked three times for the yard to be completely serviced with the same response...don't have time. If he didn't have time, he shouldn't have taken on the job and wasted mine.

Great to work with, they came in and did the job right the first time. Apparently half my neighborhood uses their services :)
