After hitting a deer with our car, we took drove the vehicle to the body shop for an insurance repair estimate.  The staff were very friendly and helpful during the check-in process, and quickly gave us the name of the adjuster from our insurance company, as well as what time he was expected to be there to perform the vehicle inspection.  After the inspection, they notified us that the adjuster had been by and that we should hear from him soon.  After the adjuster notified us that the car was totaled, we returned to the shop and a staff member took us to our vehicle to remove the remaining personal items from it.  We had forgotten a crocheted afghan my mother had made for her car in the back window.  The staff member noticed it during a final check he performed and quickly grabbed it and brought it to us as we were leaving the building.  Other than discovering we were without our favorite vehicle, the customer service experience at Kyle's was second to none.  Should we need the services of a body shop in the future, we will definitely return to this business.

Horribly. Progressive demanded I goto him. He held the car for a week and did nothing to it but circle damage. When I retrieved the car, all valve stem covers were missing. Radio did not work.

They would not settle fror seond hand or less than the Toyota Tacoma stanards and held firm with our insurance agent. They kept the truck almost two full weeks and I was gettingg irrate. They heard me out as a dissatified costomer. Then when we picked up the truck it looked like brand new. It was detailled inside and out and even under the hood shinned like a diamond, They remained couteous and ptaient.

They took some things with them. The window was broken, door handle was broken as they had tore the speakers out of the seat and I had real big speakers system and they had taken all those. My overall experience with Kyle's Collision Ctr was very good with them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It was third time I had used them.
