I took my car in to be repaired.  9 days later I called to check on it.  It took 4 phone calls before I could speak to a person.  The lady told me everyone had left but she would call me first thing the next morning.  At 11 am the next day I called her.  She told me there was nothing wrong with it and they had to put gas in it to take a test drive.  When I asked why they kept it so long she didn't have an answer.  I told her there was 3 quarters of a tank of gas in it when I dropped the car off.  She said it was empty and they had to put $20 in it.  It ended with my brother going to get my car and taking it somewhere else.  It was repaired that afternoon with a new fuel filter.  A simple problem to fix.  I will not buy another car from them and I will never take another car there to be repaired.

I took my truck up to Ford due to a coupon that I recieved. Upon completion of the oil change I had a little trouble at first with being able to use the coupon, but they ended up letting me use it and validated it. They did an awesome job! There is even a shuttle availible to use when you get your oil changed.

I spent about $100 on the job. I like their customer service. I like them. They do not ask me to do work which is not necessary, which is nice. I will use them in the future.
