Notified me by E mail that service and tire rotation was due on wife's car. I checked the odometer....yup due.
Service began at designated time. Tires rotated-free, oil changed, checked all fluids and mechanical parts. Car was ready in an hour. These folks are the best with service after the sale.

I've known Bill Halliburton since high school. I rate his knowledge about cars as excellent, and have never had concerns about the quality of his work. He does all the work on my cars. His price will never be the lowest, because he knows that he has to keep the shop economically viable. But I think his prices are fair. His daughter runs the office and she is pleasant and efficient. Bill can be a little brusque sometimes; you need a thick skin to deal with people in a business like this. But mostly he's a pretty good guy. I let him change my oil even though I could have it done cheaper, because he visually checks other parts of my car and lets me know about things that need to be taken care of. Part of that is bringing in more business, but part of it is making sure I stay safe and on the road.

Had a appointment and when I got there they asked if I had a ride. I told them I would wait and wait I did for about 3 hours. The girl at the counter was pleasant but the guy with the pony tail was a jerk.
