ECONOMY SIGNS

Initially we were happy with how it was going when the first drafts of the yard sign was provided quickly. However, after we received the first drafts and wanted to speak to someone, no one would ever answer the phone. I finally got an e-mail asking us about the drafts and which one we wanted. They acted like we had never called and left any messages, which we did. Due to my husband now being at work off-shore, I had to wait for a reply from him to pick which draft we wanted. I wanted to speak with a live person since I was having some difficulty opening their drafts again, but no one would call me back. It was important to me to actually talk with someone to make sure the right draft was used. They did finally call. It was like...since we had already paid for the sign...they weren't very concerned about being helpful or making sure their customer was being assisted to the best of their ability. It took a while for the sign to be made, but some of the time was not actually their fault due to illness. However, they could of been more forthcoming about it and not let us wonder what was going on. After finally getting the right draft picked, and the sign made, the fun of actually picking up the sign started. They actually did call us (by phone) to let us know we could pick it up, but that we would have to be there by 2:00 p.m. Since my husband was now back home from off-shore, I told her that I would call my husband on his cell to come and get it by 2:00 p.m. I said that as soon as I heard back from him I would call them and let them know he was on the way. I did as I said I would, and left them a message (no one answered the phone) that he was on the way. My husband call me at 1:45 p.m. when he got there and no one was there, they had already left. The next day when I asked (by e-mail) why they left, even after I had called and let them know my husband would be there by 2:00 p.m., they as good as called me a liar by saying they had never received a message and that they had other things to do and couldn't wait. Couldn't wait??? They said they would be there until 2:00 p.m....my husband was there at 1:45 p.m.....hmmmmm. That was almost a 60 mile drive (round-trip) for nothing since they could not pick up a phone (they did have our phone number) to call us and check on the status of someone picking up the sign before leaving. We ordered the sign on October 24, 2014, and I picked it up on December 9, 2014. That was for a plastic yard sign. Almost 2 months, unbelievable. So, if you want just a simple sign and don't care about customer service, I guest this place will do the job. My suggestion...go elsewhere. In the future...we are.
