They never called and on the morning the repair was to happen Lowe's called for a follow up. [Not So] Dependable Appliance informed Lowe's that I had called to cancel the appointment.

.Refrigerator side pulls old from freezer thru vents. Freezer side and frozen over. Replace defrosting heater.
Appointment on time and set up very quickly. This was my second use of Dependable, both times with Ken and assistant for the repairs. Ken is very knowledgeable, very professional and will answer any and all questions concerning the service. Great job explaining the repair.
Have already recommended to a neighbor and would use again as my primary appliance repair company.
