Excellent service. They took my truck in quickly, kept me updated on progress, and had the truck ready when they said they would. In fact, as I was running late to pick up my truck before closing, they made special arrangements for me to pick it up after hours. Good customer service, fair prices, easy transaction. Will definitely use for future repair needs.

It was great! The staff was very knowledgeable, knew exactly where to find the fuse, and completed the work quickly. Furthermore, they were friendly and professional and charged a reasonable price for the service. I really appreciated that they worked on my car even though it was Christmas Eve, and they were about to close for the day.

Everything works the way it is supposed to.

Although the price quoted seemed high, I authorized the work due to the quality recommendation of a friend. I just wanted it done right. The job took 2 days longer than expected to complete. As I drove home I noticed the compressor making a noise and this was confirmed by my neighbor. The manager, Brother, agreed that a bad bearing seemed present and agreed to replace the unit. It took 2 days to get this done as no equipment was ordered prior to my return a week later, as agreed. two months later my a/c ceased cooling. They kept my truck for 2 days but were only able to confirm that FREON was missing. They inserted die into the system and told me to return if the problem recurred. When I returned they kept the truck for 3 days and performed no work. When I called on Thursday I was informed that the evaporator was leaking and required replacement. Although under warranty, no parts were ordered requiring me to pick up the truck and return the following week. The work was performed in one full day. However, my dash was broken in 4 pieces and vent elements are missing. My windshield was left with sweat stains in many places. I was told the truck is 8 years old and plastic parts just break. I paid top dollar for poor workmanship that was delivered far later than promised.
