I was borderline hysterical, as I have an old car with odd tire size requirements. I called ahead and made sure they had the tire (but I had a little trouble understanding the soft-spoken man on the other end of the phone) and then limped on over with my tire that we'd pumped up with a foot pump. They gave me an estimate that proved to be reasonable and put the tire on. They dealt with the phoned-in questions from my boyfriend, whose father was a tire engineer. They dealt with me being very worried. They were honest about the nature of the problem and explained the necessity of the tire change to me in terms I could grasp. The only problem I had was in hearing Phil (the older gentleman); he's very soft-spoken and I am a bit hard of hearing.
