About us

1. Computer Doctor provides end to end service and maintenance of PC-related computer equipment and software within networked environments for Commercial and Residential Computer users. 2. Currently Computer Doctor is supported by three technicians having over 30 collective years of experience as independant contractors within the computer industry with expert skill in TCPIP and all popular server-client operating systems. 3. Computer Doctor Provides Onsite service to both residential and commercial clients at the rate of $65.00 Per Hour and an additional $35.00 Trip Fee per instance of service. 4. Services performed within our shop are provided at the rate of $50.00 per hour UP TO 2.5 Hours. Most of the services performed within our shop are capped at the limit of 2.5 hours or $125.00 in labor. This limit on Labor cost is NOT inclusive of taxes or any hardware that may be deemed necessary or desirable by either Computer Doctor andor its clients. The cap does not apply in cases where services are rendered in an emergency or urgent manner, nor does the cap apply with regard to Data Recovery Services and the cap should NEVER be understood to apply to ANY mobile or onsite services rendered

The set up and system configuration was down to the extent needed. Billy Parsons, Computer Doctor, is very knowledgeable of personable computer systems. I do feel confident in the work he did at this instance and in the past. He has always given excellent service and keeps with a situation until it is satisfactorily resolved.

I originally found the person in the yellow pages. He took care of my computer and advised me on the various measures to protect my computer against viruses (free programs instead of McAfee or Norton) and to date I have not had a virus..I have now been using Billy Parson's (owner) services for over 2 years and am completely satisfied. The B ratings on the report are only because he works alone without additional help. However, he still finishes and corrects my computer in ample time. If it is an emengency, he will stop all and fix me while I wait!

Overall my experience with the computer doctor was great. He was very quick, very easy to talk to, and is very knowledgeable and experienced in his line of work. So needless to say I would not think twice or hesitate to bring my computer back for any other issues, or to recommend him to anyone needing help. Overall a very pleasant experience and I suggest that the computer doctor be your choice for your computers in need of treatment.

Great communicator. He did not talk above my level of understanding! I have called him several times since and he was able to correct my problem right over the phone. I also took my daughters computer for fixing (she could not get it fixed in Baton Rouge) and he fixed it in 2 days and it has been running ever since.
