Computer Repair
The repair person, Chris had two of my computers for a month. He was rarely in the office to answer questions. On one computer, he was contracted to increase the speed of the machine. On the second computer, he was contracted to debug the computer. The only reason he had them for that long was because he was rarely in the office. He did not return phone calls, and his wife, when she was in, had no idea about anything. He could not repair or restore one computer, and the one that was supposed to run faster, was even slower, (and crashed), after two usages.
I picked up my computers and took them to Office Depot for repair. While speaking to the computer technician there, he mentioned that Chris, from ACT, came into their store often asking questions about computer repair. Office Depot was able to repair both computers. Do NOT use this company.
