Unfortunately, Mr. Shaw's GPS took him to another street name very close to mine, but was 10-12 minutes away. He apologized and said he was always punctual. He was extremely nice, direct and very knowledgeable about his line of work. He pulled out a mini iPad to help tune along with the other tools and within 2 hours, my piano was tuned (after not being tuned in many years and countless moves). He then proceeded to my church in Covington and tuned that piano in less than 2 hours! Again, very swift and professional; the other church employees found him the same. He did recommend a list of maintenance items that the church piano needs. He recommended this maintenance be done, out of care for the piano, not for his own pocketbook!
