I went mattress shopping and was recommended Earl's Furniture by my roommate. I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner. Unlike most of my previous mattress/furniture shopping experiences, the salesperson was genuinely friendly and there were no pushy tactics to buy. He allowed me plenty of time to lay on mattresses and responded in a respectful manner to my concerns and preferences. Even after I told him that I had to go check out another place, he was still very polite as he wrote down the full quote. Later that day I went back since they had (for only $20 more compared to their competitors) the better quality mattress with a 10 year full guarantee (vs other places with max of 5 year on knockoffs). They delivered on the same day and the delivery guys were friendly too as well as being careful in my home when removing my old mattress and replacing the new one. Earl's will be the first place I go when considering future good quality furniture purchases.
