I called Eagle Pest Control for an estimate to treat my entire house for termites. A very nice representative scheduled a meeting on the very day I called. He inspected the house, took measurements, and gave me a reasonable quote. I scheduled the service just two days later. When the crew came on site to do the work, they noted that my house was on piers, which was going to involve more work and time and double the cost of the original estimate. When I said that I could not afford double the cost and needed to get other bids, the crew manager worked with me on a price I could afford. He apologized for the original estimator's error in pricing the job as a house on a slab. He covered all the details and services with me before the crew began the work. It took the entire day, but the crew worked diligently and efficiently. They will return to finish the work under the house. I recommend this company and will hire them again for continued pest control services.

About a year ago we moved to the area and signed up for the quarterly service of spraying inside and outside. The gentleman who came each time was very friendly, punctual and professional. But since I was new to the area, I was unfamiliar with certain bugs that I found in the house. When I showed them to him, he said he hadn't seen them before and the spraying would take care of it. When I found some dead cockroaches in the house he said I should just be happy they were dead and his spraying must have worked. When we found numerous wasp nests around the overhang of the house he said I should buy some 20 ft wasp spray and take care of them myself. When I signed up for the service he said he would come out anytime I had a problem in between services for no charge. But when I called twice, over a year's time, the office said he would come the next day but nobody showed up and I had to take care of the urgent problem myself.
So when we had an ant problem in the kitchen I called another company, Don's Exterminating. The serviceman came out the same day, told me all about the two different ants and how he would get rid of them. His quarterly service is only $95 and I got a 30% off coupon from Angie's List. So I have canceled my contract with Eagle Pest Control and signed up with Don's Exterminating.

Their price is good and they are very punctual. For termite inspection and control, they charge $75 a year and $80 a quarter for insects and rodents.

We have been using them for 5 years now. We do not have any issues with them.

When we were building our house, our builder recommended Eagle Pest Control and Chemical to do the termite thing. And the guy who came talked us through a lot of things and helped us understand things. He was very knowledgeable. And we just stayed with him ever since. They come every three months and spray my house.

They're good and their customer service is good.

They are pretty thorough and I haven't had any issues with them. I never had any termite problem. They just spray once a year. They are very friendly and they seem to do a good job. I don't think that their price is bad as I haven't had any other pest control company. I have just used them. I brought the house from somebody else and they were using Eagle Pest Control and so I just stuck with them and never tried anybody else. They do come out when they are supposed to come. The owner comes out and inspects as to what they are doing and he is a good guy.

We will use them again.
