"Dear Member, We regret that you are dissatisfied with our organization and we wish that you would have contacted us personally with your concerns, rather than using this type of venue, so that we would have had the opportunity to resolve them in a timely manner. In our defense, our organization did honor the one year labor warranty that came with the purchase of the A/C systems, which you were aware of at the time of purchase and which is an industry standard as far as labor warranties go. When you did call for service, we were there in a timely fashion ( same day) and your issues were always resolved because we really do care about your comfort. We do apoligize for the repeated breakdown of the system, and as consumers ourselves, we share your frustration with man made products that sometimes do not live up to our expectations. We are a bit confused with the numbers you listed in your comment, so we listed them below for you. Our records show that you paid closer to $7000.00 for the two systems, we were called out by you five times since the installation, not once to replace a compressor and we don't recall a charge of over $266.00. 3/3/04 REPLACED 2 A/C SYSTEMS WITH 2 FRIGIDAIRE HEAT PUMP COMFORT SYSTEMS -$7116.00 4/18/07 REPLACED CONDENSER FAN MOTOR (CONDENSER SERIAL #F1A031200705) - $196.50 8/10/07 REPLACED HEATING ELEMENT BREAKER - $109.50 10/03/08 BYPASSSED BREAKER IN AIRHANDLER - $67.00 4/29/09 REPLACED CONDENSER MOTOR - ALSO REPAIRED REFRIGERANT LEAK - $217.50 7/17/09 ADDED DYE TO DETECT FREON LEAK AND ADDED 4 POUNDS OF R-22 UNIT SHORT OF FREON - $265.07 As we said earlier we deeply regret your dissatisfaction in our service and we will be contacting you personally to try and further resolve this issue. The vast majority of our clients are very satisfied with our services and we have their comments in writing to prove it.
