Wonderful. The three movers were very professional and treated our furniture as if it were their own. The guys placed the furniture and rugs as we told them. When something didn’t look right they would change the placement. We moved in two days— they arrived promptly at 8:30 each morning. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Saunier moving. The owner called me a few days later to see how thing went.

This was the most simple move I have ever been a part of. The guys were professional and worked quickly. They were done in only a few hours and they put everything exactly where I needed it to go. I would recommend Saunier to anyone I know and use them again!

The move went amazing. They did a full pack job so I was able to watch my kids while the packers and movers took care of everything else. After arriving in Lexington they put all my belongings exactly where I requested they go. The movers and packers were incredibly nice and even played with my three year old son. I would use Saunier Moving and Storage again.

Everything went flawlessly. With the move being a little crazy with having to move things to an apartment and also to storage there was a lot to keep up with but Saunier didn't miss a beat. They took care of everything and Im very pleased with their services. Having the storage option made our move go extremely well

We again hired them to move us back to Ky from Tn 4 years later. We are in a temporary location and will call on Saunier again to relocate us to our permanent home. Five very professional, capable and very qualified movers showed up at our home on moving day. They introduced themselves to us with a handshake and we took care of the appropriate walk-thru and paperwork. We discussed important pieces of furniture as well as what was staying with the home. The professional movers then worked diligently through the day protecting our belongings as if they were their own. In no time at all, our furniture and belongings were on its way and we knew it was in good hands.
Move in day arrived four days later and our furniture and belongings arrived. Five very professional, capable movers delivered our furniture to what we thought was a "tough" location. The road was only 1 1/2 lanes and the driveway was too narrow for the semi. The professionalism demonstrated that day was unbelievable. They took a box truck and unloaded from the road and drove our belongings up the driveway to unload at the house. It was double duty. They worked as a team better than we have witnessed many office members or sports teams working together. The day ended with smiles, handshakes, and very happy customers!

Over all they did an excellent job.  This is the second time I've used them for a move.

The 2 guys who actually performed the work were very nice, professional and hard working. They treated our belongings with care and respect. Unfortunately when it came time to pay, they tried to charge us an extra $150.00 even though I double confirmed the cost when I set the service up, plus they charged me a $30 fuel surcharge that I wasn't told about upfront. I won't use them again.

From the start the owner was very professional and knowledgeable. I received several bids but his was the most reasonable for the storage if we could not get into our new home on time. The movers were great and were careful with the furniture. The support staff on the phone and emails were excellent and really seemed to care. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Overall it was pretty good. Some of the packing wasn't up to par. We did file a claim for a couple of things and they responded and took care of it painlessly.

From estimate to delivery, the representatives of Saunier's were punctual and reliable.  They arrived when they said they would every day, provided detailed information, and were responsive to all requests and concerns.  They were particularly careful with furnishings and walls, and completed this fairly large move with virtually no damage to walls at either location.  Nothing was broken or lost, and everyone involved was friendly and courteous.  Because we were the only household on the truck, we were able to agree on a specific delivery date and, not only did they arrive on the appointed day, they arrived exactly when they said they would.  Narrow streets and turnaround areas were a challenge at the apartment complex that was our destination, yet the driver was able to maneuver the van to be exactly where they needed it, saving us the potential added expense of a shuttled delivery if he couldn't have gotten the large van in. 
The only less-than-ideal aspect of this experience was the packing.  They used A LOT of boxes and materials, and while fragile items were meticulously wrapped and padded, so was everything else - whether it was breakable or not.  This seemed both costly and wasteful.  Some boxes were not completely full, and I felt they could have been a little more efficient in this area.  However, when considering the alternative, better safe than sorry, I guess.  Additionally, the labeling of boxes left no real indication of what would be found inside, making the unpacking process a real mystery and frustration - particularly when there was something we really needed.  (The word "Kitchen" on a box wasn't particularly helpful when there were 10 boxes with the same label.  "Cookware" turned out to be baking dishes.  It took us a week to find the pots and pans.)  However, this was our fourth move - all with different companies - and from our experience, illogical packing and labeling seems be the rule rather than the exception.  No one knows your things or how you use them the way that you do -  I'm thinking the only way to have things packed and labeled according to my priorities is to pack it myself in the future.
Overall, we were very pleased with this company for our move.  It was expensive, but competitive with the other bids we obtained, and their representative was the most thorough and realistic in providing an estimate, so we are confident we got the best price possible.  When considering everything that can go badly in the process of moving, Saunier's made this move nearly painless and definitely earned an A.

hey did an excellent job moving the items. Getting the treadmill to my basement was no easy task but it did work out eventually. My only concern was the cost. I know how long it takes to drive from northern KY / Cincinnati. I felt like getting three items from there(Northern KY) to Lexington took a bit of a long time. They left from my mothers home and she called when they left; it then took well over two hours to get to my home. I assume I paid for the lunch break as well.  So I was suprised by the cost being higher than what I expected. I did not haggle. I just needed the stuff down here and got it so, I felt like what's done is done. In the future if I move anything with pricing that way I will clarify exactly what time I am responsible to pay for.
