Paynter Tire & Service Center

I use this vendor for routine service on all my vehicles, including my company truck that sees over 60k a year. They are prompt, professional and know their limitations. If they find a problem beyond their scope of service they will let you know and even give you an idea of what you should have to spend to get the outside services done.

I called them a few days prior to having the car towed to their company to discuss specifics. They did not give me too much information prior to actually looking at the vehicle. One of the gentlemen called me to let me know what was going on, how much it was going to cost me, and how long it would take. When the HHR first got there, the crew took a look and figured the cost of the tires, balancing and all. Once they were fixing that issue, they discovered that the hub on the passenger's side was broke and needed to be replaced as well as a front end alignment and brakes. The called me back with that cost and in total the cost totaled up to $861.18. I explained to them that my check would not be deposited in my account until the end of the month and they gave me alternatives. After all this work was done, somehow the vehicle picked up a piece of metal on one of the new tires. So, I had my daughter take it back to them and they fixed it for an additional cost of $17.60.
I was very pleased with the experience with Paynter Tire & Service Center. As a woman who cannot do work on her own vehicles, Paynter Tire & Service Center did not take advantage of me and try to push other services off on me that would have cost me additionally. I definitely will be taking my vehicle back for future work.
