Doug was very professional in every step along the way. He exhibited great communication, stayed in contact, emailing stages of the home planning for approval and verification with explanation along the way. He answered every phone call and was more than willing to meet me and my wife to answer any questions we may have had during this home design. He was very knowledgeable in house planning as he has a background in framing and site management, which proved to be beneficial through the design process. Doug brought up several great ideas, that never would have occurred to me, making the end result that much better. This whole process could not have gone any smoother.
