Did a very good job, and cleaned up after each work day.

Good a few issues developed which were quickly resolved to my satisfaction

Most work done over 9 months, some good, some “forgotten " many troubles & problems. Front porch roof wrong angle & slope water pooling same as it was. Didn't replace some obvious rotted wood all around, & so on. Best part was left roll of dark roofing material flat on driveway my husband had his hands full tripped over it hit the pavement with his shoulder & head. Very painful shoulder injury, physical therapy & ongoing problems. Md, pt, x-rays, co pays out of pocket & over paid for porch "repair" before work completed.

Shannon Phipps (lead contractor on our job) and his entire team did a fantastic job! They were accommodating, professional, and very thorough. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the work they did. Overall, a great experience!!

It went very well Trent went all the way for me. When the insurance company was not in agreement Trent spoke up he stood his ground on what was right which is all i was asking for i believe in fairness and what i learn through all of this is my insurance company don't play fair but Trent made it happened and i got fair through him because he stood fought for me. everyone that came in contact with at Jwi was very pleasant to talk with as well to work with at my house I AM A VERY SATISFIED CLIENT .. I RATE JWI INC A+ COMPANY AND GREAT TO WORK WITH I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

They were wonderful to work with. They worked with my ideas and they gave ideas. I like being listened to and they respected what I said. We did a combination of their ideas and mine and it came out great. The workers were very courteous and the superintendent Jay oversaw the project and made sure it was done well. If we ever had any concerns we could call him and he would be right there explaining everything.
