"Thank you for the review and the work. I am sorry about the leaves not being cleaned off of the window seal. Please let me know in the future and we could have come back out to clean that up. As for the deal we did what was asked for the project by the customer. Extra footage is additional as stated in the deal. Once again we are sorry for not cleaning up the leaves on window seal but would have come back if notified. The deal covers 150 linear feet for two story houses."

I would recommend them to have been upfront communication on the project.
"Thank you for the business and the review. As for you review stating that you wanted us to be upfront on cost, we were. The deal you purchased was for man hours only and stated in the deal that it did not include rental of equipment or any material cost. I personally went over all cost of the job that you wanted done before we did anything. You agreed to the extra cost so I don't know why now you would say you wish you were informed of it. I also said we could do other work without the equipment rental but you were willing to go ahead. I'm sorry you are not happy about that now but am glad we could help you."

I'm sorry that she felt like we should have been able to accomplish more, but we are a business and we accomplished what she wanted done in the over grown front yard. "This customer said she was on a budget and didn't want to spend the extra money to clean sidewalks, patio, and driveway. That being said we did not touch those areas so not sure why she would say we broke the sidewalk. I asked her to send pictures and am waiting to hear back. If we left an area un done then we will clean that up. I hope we can suit her for this project that she seems so unhappy about."
