Description of Work: The owner was great with the big portion of the job but failed in follow through. He let his sub contractors break.my faucet trying to remove it because it was installed incorrectly and caused a leak. It had yet to be replaced 3 yrs later. His contractor remove ed my ule post on my stair case and sanded it bc he thought it didn't fit right and it wasn't even part of the scope of work and hasn't been repaired.
